In the fall of 1993, with the absolute hatred for snow, Joe Morabito began his snow removal company out of his family’s driveway. Over the course of the next 10 years, Joe's passion for plowing, grown from humble roots, turned into a fleet of vehicles and the start of a construction company that still grows every year.  Because of the successful plowing and construction seasons, the company divided into 2 divisions, construction and service divisions, to properly maintain the demand. Since the split, CCG Property Services has maintained healthy growth and longevity amongst their workforce.

Today, CCG Property Services has expanded to 5 zip codes and provides full-service residential and commercial snow plowing, lawn maintenance, concrete and asphalt sealing.
